Delivering Quality Manpower solutions for Corporates and Business needs

image 2This is straight from my experience: Let me share an interesting incidence with you all, I received a call from a HR professional from one of the most reputed CMMi level company. At the very first instance I could figure out that she was bit disturbed and was desperately looking for a HR placement agency who can help them getting the desired candidates on board.

Well, the requirement was for a Technical profile with management skills to handle technical project and handle a huge team of 30 resources spread over various geographies. Now, that is challenging isn’t it? As first step we started taking all the information about requirement, what is desired? What can be optional? Then more about the company, job profile, salary range, joining date, place of joining and so on. Once, we had a clear picture we assured that we will keep our promise and help you with most suitable candidates.

With years of expertise dealing with B2B HR consultancy services in Mumbai, Bangalore & Delhi, we have grown up to match up with any top notch HR placement firm in terms of resources and quick turnaround time. Our HR Placement team at Mumbai office worked out a planning scanned through the profile and mapped out the best candidates who can be lined up for the interview. Yes, now coming to the most crucial juncture where we keep our fingers crossed thinking all the candidates lined up should turn up for the interview, with timely follow up calls we ensured 100% turn up.

We called back the company desk and spoke with the HR and confirmed with them about the availability of the candidates. Within next few hours, I received a call from the same HR professional who was absolutely thrilled and shared that though she was bit apprehensive initially as being delayed with false promises in the past by others. She told that all three positions are now filled and the candidates lined up were exactly matching the way they wanted. Believe me the way she was happy about it, made me feel proud, a big thanks an hug to my team, they truly deserve a pat on their back. That one opportunity has bagged us with two more references and that’s how we keep moving up the ladders.

GS Job point is known for its growing relationship with corporates, understanding their requirement and successfully helping them to meet their manpower requirement. We promise to keep our promise anytime and every time.

  1. Dear Sangita Madam,

I am planning to start a recruitment consultancy at Mumbai in May/June 2015. I am ready with capital. But I had few doubts which need to be cleared before getting a start.

As usual, I will start with BPO recruitment in Mumbai. I had a doubt regarding clawback/replacement period and vendor payout.
Let’s say I have 90 days replacement period. If a candidate is working for 70 days and then leaves company. Then I will provide a replacement for that candidate. Then the company will count 90 days of the candidates when he/she was on floor or they will count total 90 days including replacement? If yes, then vendor payout will be released after completion of 90 days (including replacement candidate) Or I will get paid only when my replacement candidate will continue for 90 days?

Also I want to know that, Is it really necessary to buy Naukri/Monster? Or shall I buy package of premium ads?

I have 1.5 lacs to start a consultancy. Is it sufficient amount to start?

    Waiting for your kind reply.

  2. Hi… I am Rajendra based out of Hyderabad, with 4 and half experience into customer support. However, I am planning to start a Job consultancy of my own. Can you please guide me about how to build clients, tie up with companies, minimum requirements for starting your firm. Apart from this any sort of cost estimation along with to-do’s and not to-do’s would be much helpful.
